No access to Foundation for Third-Party Funds
Third-party funds must be kept separate from the funds of the lawyer or law firm itself. This is to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure the protection of client funds.
Funds intended for our clients must be paid directly to the respective clients. We would like to inform you that we do not receive third-party funds and therefore do not have access to a Foundation for Third-Party Funds ("Stichting derdengelden").
